The four P's, or how I organize my life

Somewhere along the way I started mentally sorting my life into four buckets: Personal, Physical, Professional, and Philosophical. It started as a way to check in on myself — like, which of these is getting my energy right now, and which one is quietly starving?

The nice thing about the framework is that it’s honest. On any given month, one bucket is thriving and another one is a mess, and seeing them side by side keeps me from pretending otherwise. Great quarter at work but haven’t called my friends in three weeks? The buckets know.

This site is literally that framework, published. Four squares on the homepage, one for each P. My hope is that if you read across all four, you don’t just get my updates — you get me. How I think, what I care about, what I’m working on becoming.

The Philosophical bucket specifically is where the mindset stuff lives. Not abstract theory — I’m not going to lecture you about Stoicism — more like specific moments that changed how I think about something, written down while they’re fresh.

That’s the whole pitch. Pick a square and poke around.
