Why I'm tracking the physical stuff in public
I’ve noticed something about myself: when I keep my fitness private, I negotiate with it. When people can see it, I show up.
So this bucket is my accountability system. Training blocks, how my body’s feeling, what I’m eating (and the weeks where “what I’m eating” is a crime scene — RIP my diet more often than I’d like to admit). Numbers included, because I love a concrete stat and “I’ve been working out” means nothing without one.
The rule for this section is honesty over highlight reel. If I’m in a slump, that gets written down too. Honestly, those posts will probably be the more useful ones — anyone can write about a good week.
